The Explorers Club Adventure into Uncharted Territory
Why resurrect a nearly extinct type of still? Our historical research has led us to believe a three chamber still makes extraordinary spirits. That said, lots of questions about it remain. At Ved Elven, we are embarking on an unprecedented adventure to explore what this type of still can do. But we’re not just recreating pre-Prohibition spirits. The Explorers Club is for those who want to join us on this journey of discovery. Each year, we release nine experimental spirits (mostly whiskeys, but also brandies, rums, agave spirits, and other speciality spirits, such as bier schnapps) produced on our three chamber still that explore a variety of mash bills, regional and heritage grains, distillation and barreling techniques, levels of barrel toasting and charring, and previously used cask finishes.

The Spirits Club is for those who love our standard line of spirits and the perks that come with membership. There is a suggested offering for each allotment; but members can fully customize their selections. In addition to the 15% discount, members also receive advance notice and first access to special (non-Explorer) spirit releases (e.g., seasonal gins and aquavits, spiced rum).

The Distiller’s Society is for those who simply can’t get enough of Ved Elven. To join this exclusive society, one must first be a member of the Explorer’s Club and then add our Spirits Club membership. As a token of our gratitude for your support, you’ll not only receive all of the benefits of both clubs, but also a few extra perks.
The Fine Print: There are no initiation fees. Member’s credit cards will be processed on the day of the release; bottles will be available for pick up for four weeks, afterward they will be shipped with a $20 shipping fee (Distiller’s Society exempt). There is a $50 cancellation fee to terminate membership before receiving the full year’s allotment. Must be 21+ years of age. Rules and requirements subject to change at any time.
